Biomedical Engineer with a double degree from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and the Julio Garavito School of Engineering in Bogota/Colombia. Valentina completed her university internships in the area of biomedical engineering and research at the Hospital Clínic of Barcelona, where she carried out a study on the problem of noise in hospitals, coming to propose a solution and an analysis focused on the area of use of biomaterials. At the same time, she developed her final degree project at the EEBE research center of the UPC, where she began the research to carry out the synthesis of ATP in microfiber matrices, to develop an in vitro cellular motor. She worked for two years in a startup focused on the aerospace area, where she worked as a market researcher and fundraiser, and later she entered the engineering department of the same company where she began working as a software developer.
